VestLedger provides an AI-native fund intelligence platform, including the Vesta AI assistant, designed to help fund professionals manage investments, operations, relationships, and compliance workflows.

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VestLedger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
